Andy has worked in private wealth management for over a decade. He graduated from UCL (University College London) in 200 and then worked in personal wealth Switzerland for three years through the financial crisis before returning to London, where he worked for Bank of New York Mellon Asset Management, Legal and General Investment Management and later Fairstone. He holds a BA from University College London (2:1 History), holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and has passed CFA level one and CFA level 2 (Chartered Financial Analyst). He also holds the Cii DipFS.

He runs Elsby Wealth Management – a boutique wealth management firm in Northamptonshire that focuses on strategic wealth management for business owners and entrepreneurs in partnership with a well-established tax advisory practice. His team of 3 get into the detail of their clients accounts and they enjoy a very close proactive relationship with their clients.

He is married with 2.5 children and 3 dogs;  loves hiking, wild swimming and is fly fishing obsessed.
